Have activity set low and Fitbit setup do I eat all exersize cals?
Hi so I am wanting to lose half kg a week I usually do about 13,000 steps a day so active,I've set it to the lowest active on mfp and the Fitbit is automatically adding cals so can I eat all those cals? It's averaging around 2100 cals I'm 5'9 80 cals have lost 25

Hi so I synced my Fitbit I think but it's not changing anything on mfp?on the Fitbit app it knows how many cals I've eaten but I thought it's supposed to also add cals to mfp??

Mfp has set my cals to 2050 as I walk allot (13000/15000) steps per day I have been losing slowly but steadily just wondering am I the only one that gets so many cals??

Wow been eating heaps still lost!!
I can't beleive I've had 2 very bad food days around 2500 cal when I'm normally 1880,anyway after feeling like I must have gained I thought ode weigh myself and still managed to lose nearly a kilo☺️ This app is definately teaching me to have a better relationship with food before logging ide think aw I've gained il start…

Fitband doesn't sync with mfp
hi so my fitband 'actiiv'is the brand doesn't sync with mfp and I don't know how you add exercise cals I average 16,000 to 20,000 steps today I burnt 1,800 cals so how many would a Fitbit add? Pls help

Please help do I eat back step cals??
I've been doing 10,000 steps a day on my activv fitband which dosnt. Sink to mfp and burning around 500/600 cals a day but I've set my mfp goal to active and to lose .08 kg a week I'm at my heaviest 96 kgs 5/10,I'm thinking because I've put active I can't count my step cals but unsure please help
