Wow been eating heaps still lost!!

I can't beleive I've had 2 very bad food days around 2500 cal when I'm normally 1880,anyway after feeling like I must have gained I thought ode weigh myself and still managed to lose nearly a kilo☺️
This app is definately teaching me to have a better relationship with food before logging ide think aw I've gained il start Monday then have another blowout and wanna start the next week and slowly gain,it's definately the best thing to log even when u have pig outs I'm down from 105 to 85 nearly 84 so I'm so happy tomorrow I will def be sticking to my normal 1880 but can safely know that I can splurge a bit on weekends

    Nice work :)

    I can easily 4000 to 3000 calories on Saturday and when I'm usually on 1800 to 2200 on the week days. I usually try and keep it to 2500 on Saturday and not more than 3500 on sunday .. still losing between 0.5 and 1 kg a week

    It's just math. 2500 is probably still close to your maintenance calories, so if you eat well the rest of the week, you're still at a deficit, so you'll still lose weight.

    As you get closer to your goal though, splurging on week ends will have a much bigger impact.

    I'm going to guess kg in this case, not lbs.

    She said she lost one kilo (2.2 lbs) so her 85 kilos is about 187 lbs

    Haha kilos yeh it's great to have this app has really helped me I only have 5 to 6 kgs to go til goal then do I eat maintnents? That will be great :)
