  • I like these half bagel ideas. I had a half bagel yesterday and it was satisfying enough. Sounds like a great breakfast san ... thx ;)
  • I probably could attribute 95% of my adult weight gain to poor carb choices and no carb control over the years. Hoping to moderate or be kind to myself with a good carb correction. Bagels are a tight spot >:) for me I know it may sound silly but I like the texture more than even the flavor sometimes. I am working toward…
  • Mmmmm... have try Sun Dried Tomatoes instead of cheese. Love them and a bit healthier too I bet.
  • Mini bagels !!! I haven t seen them yet. Will have to look for them I like the portion calorie count. Thank You
  • So sorry about the timing ... it just hit like a ton of bricks ... my craving! I have messed up more than a couple days with these bagels.
  • Thats great ... I may need to curb my cravings a bit so I dont eat my calories for the day and add 1 or 2 bagels on top ruining my day.
  • I like sesame seed bagels too. Gee I thought the picture was salt too ... like on pretzels.
  • Yeah, did not think I would find a replacement for Bagels. Working at this from other angels to see if a half bagel once in a while will keep me from loosing weight. Just need to watch cal onthose days better and/or exercise more maybe.
  • I am tring 1/2 plain bagel today! Seem satisfied for now. I cut on dinner cal to fit in the half bagel.
  • May have to look at exercise to fit it into weight loss.
  • I do have to admit I enjoy my cardio time a whole lot more than the thought of strength training or any form of anarobic exercise. Walking, cycling are great ways to enjoy the outdoors and bump up the calories burned. While important for muscle mass I drugge the thought of weights, body weight, any form of resistance…
  • I have lost 21 lbs doing just aerobic walking and elliptical. Still have 25 lbs to go and in the last 9 weeks have not noticed a need to change my exercise. I do keep calories out/burned more than calories in/consumed. My weight loss is motivated by cholestrol issues, not by a need for a swim suit body. So long as the…
  • I won't leave the house if it is 30-35 degrees or lower unless I am running out of TP. I sit on the computer using diet and exercise research as my excuse. I stay in bed on some days off ALL day watching tv, sleeping, reading only to get up for my meals and to peee, IFF I get on the elliptical I get back in bed for more…
  • I like shopping for new clothes and dropping from a 16 to 14 initially felt great. Now I want to go shopping for size 12 but need to drop a few more inches. I also need to clear up some cholesterol issues. I like walking a lot and have had fun challenging my self to more and more on my elliptical.
  • <3 Happy Birthday <3 It's A Party :D Dancing in the pool, Sing Success .. WOO WOO B)
  • I confidently removed all my backup fat clothes size 16-18 from the closet and am looking at relagating all the rest of my clothes size 14 to the same fate. I smell a great shopping day in the near future.
  • I have the fitbit one. My elliptical allows me to enter my body metrics height weight... then it tells me time, speed, distance, calories, pulse and watt. I enter the elliptical time in cardio exercise on MFP and correct the calories burned to what the elliptical recorded for me. The steps that I get from my fitbit-one are…
  • I have been entering cardio exercise in MFP for my elliptical work out. This ends up being a seperate entry from the imported or linked fitbit calories. My fitbit-1 does not have an exercise mode and doesn't seem to over write my cardio entry! I think I may be using the two wrong by logging both steps from the fitbit…
  • Thanks for the tip on modified food starch. I am not sure gluten is my weight problem but think it is my GI issue. When I eat pasta or a bread I get gasy. Meats, vegetables and fruits don't seem to bring on the explosions. I want to try gluten free to see if GI issues go away. A bit concerned about finding and knowing…
