Thank you for your replays. I have not seen a doctor. For my diet I just avoid milk. (Have almond/coconut milk). I do loads of walking for exercise as recovering from prolapsed disc.

Just checking in......I'm confused I put on .5lb this week - how?! I've used less cals than burnt I've been honest on Mfp if at all I have been over! Body fat stayed same too....
