Me personally, I don't log my workouts. I find it to be inaccurate cuz you can easily under and overestimating. There by cheating urself. Depending if I'm trying to lose or maintain, I watch my weight and adjust my eating accordingly. For I am also active, more weeks than others

Not saying that at all. I read between her lines she is obviously not 300 pounds running 30 min 5 days a week at 5mph. And has plateaued. Just saying her calorie should be reevaluated

It's always best to actually eat sold food than replace it with bars. For one a lot of them are high in sugar. For a quick snack maybe. I actually like the victory bars. They are good. Had one today:)

She's not trying to maintain she's wanting to lose which she is struggling with therefor calorie intake should be reevaluated. Being hungry at 1400 would depend on what is being eating. I'm never hungry eating 1300 to 1400 with the things i consume.

It's not a random number. .tryed and true. Be blessed I'm not here to debate. Everyone has an opinion or theory on what works. As you see Dr Oz is even on the hot seat with the stuff he puts out there. Let's do what works best for us. Have a great weekend everyone.

Agreed. I've witnessed people factor in their exercise and over estimating and can't figure out why they are not losing. And as you said calorie in vs. out. Also when it comes to the machines they are not accurate

Your right to an extent. As a woman its recommended to do no more than 2000 daily calorie intake assuming she's around that figure. Based on her activity it seems that she has plateaued. I would also reevaluate your calorie intake and what your actually eating. Up your protein to carb intake. Protein helps with weight loss
