There's no way to target fat loss from one particular part of the body. So focus on overall fat loss.
  • Okay I will do that. Do you suggest a particular workout?

Lifting heavy, drinking water, and losing the weight slowly has been my way. I had 2 c-sections 10 years apart.

for fat loss cardio, to keep lean muscle and to shape body lift weights make sure you drink loads of water and eat t0 your calorie s and as clean as you can ive had 3 babies no c sections but its slow and steady mine is just toning up my youngest almost 2
  • This is my first baby. I went from 135 - pre pregnancy weight to 200 pounds even by my 4th trimester. My body went into complete shock. I will go back into lifting weights again thank you ladies I truly appreciate this very much.

  • I had a c section in May so baby is 8 months. I gained 43 pounds and have lost all but 10.... And that 10 has been sticking around for about 5 months now. I did crossfit the entire pregnancy and went back at 6 weeks post baby (so I get a mix of cardio and lifting). I think my problem is portions so I'm hoping watching calories in addition to crossfit will get rid of this stubborn belly pooch! Good luck!
