The title of the post pretty much says it all. I want them gone! Anybody know what the best kind of exercise would be?

Love handles are adipose tissue, so eating at a deficit will take care of that. No special exercises needed. (And spot reduction is a myth, anyway)0

Food consumption to reduce body fat, exercises to build VO2 max and build strength/muscle mass.
If you build up your back and shoulders and legs, you’ll have more of a tapered look.0 -
If you want an excersice, lie on your back, knees bent with feet firmly on the floor about hip width apart. arms should be on the floor parallel to the body. Slide your right hand, bending at the waist, to touch your right ankle. Straighten up again and repeat with the left. Do these quickly ensuring you touch your ankle. Keep your head on the floor throughout.
I enjoy doing these and it feels like you are making a difference.0 -
Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce.
Just eat at a calorie deficit.0 -

Ha ha!
Right, you can't spot reduce. Eat at a deficit, lose weight and tone up all over. It will happen.0 -

Dammit. Hate it when someone beats me to the punch line. Spot on, 'tho.0 -
Thanks guys! Guess I'll stick with what I'm already doing in that case then, with a little added patience0
