@Michellelea007 i did low carb. Which is what one doing again. My husband was going to a dietician at the time and we did it together. I was doing 150g of carbs a day abs he did 175g. We lost so much weight and were doing well. Old habits returned and we gained it back

I’m also starting over! It’s been about 8 years since I’ve had success. Unfortunately, I gained all of my weight back 😭

Welcome, again!!! Sharla and shawna!!! So glad to have more accountability!!! We've got this!!! I'm not back to where I was last year! I've got 8 more pounds until then! Can't believe how easy it was to gain it back. Slipped right back into old habits!! Logging and connecting on here really does keep me accountable!!!

I run another group and it too has slowed down. Maybe the weather or time of year is affecting everyone?!? I like the weigh in and the challenge to lose 55 pounds, but I don't think I'm going to make it :-( shooting for at least 35 pounds at the moment!

I log everything and it's public. If someone judges me or is mean I will remove them as a friend. I've logged everything for the past 58 days lol. This is an easier challenge for me lol

I add A tsp of Splenda to my green tea. I drink right before bed.

Hey all My weight has been wonky SW: 258 CW: 242.0 GW: 205 My weight has been up the past two weeks but it is starting to move back down.

So I checked my weight this morning and I'm up 4 pounds. Yesterday was rough and super carby. I'm going to work really hard and weigh in next Friday!!!

I've lost almost 14 pounds and everything still fits, but I have noticed that my shirts are a little looser and my stomach pooch is not as much, if that makes sense. My pants are a little looser! @Amay33 you are totally WORTH new clothes!!! I'm thinking goodwill or resale shops. Seems silly to buy brand new!!!
