OP, if you go under goals it will give you a chart with the calories needed to maintain, the deficit it gives you and how much you can expect to lose on 2 pounds a week. That's an interesting way to look at it. Yesterday and today, my produce is about 220 cal and I'm on 1200 cal per day. Plus my workouts last 2 days burned 500+. I ended up under my allotment yesterday, but only b/c of the gym.

That is a good tip. I am logging everything now. Tomorrow will start my 2nd week and I'll be doing it properly now that I've got a better idea of how it all works. I am looking forward to results -already down 1.6lbs! Thank you for the advice

Thanks for all the replies - I hadn't thought of the reason why WW could allow for the free F&V before. Makes sense. My goal is 20lbs, I'm not overweight according to the Dr. but close. 1200 cal is what MFP set for me with 1.5 lbs per week. I'll count everything from now on and revisit my calorie allotment in a few days.…
