My problem is when I'm home for lunch I tend to over eat because the whole kitchen is available to me. Any suggestions on how to avoid the temptation?

Thanks. I think I was over doing it because I was excited to see the results haha I've dialed it back a but and am much happier now. Still sore but not painfully sore.

I could use some help here too. I'm doing pretty good I think. Been going for 40 days and always log and all but one day am always under my calorie count. But the last few days I'm having trouble with cravings. I want what I want and I want it now! Haha I guess my question is this: If I go over my calorie count for the day…
