I'm also looking to ramp up my use of the MFP community as I've been consistently logging since June 2014, have made great progress with almost 30 lbs lost, 15 or so more to go to got my goal and am into lifting weights now. I'll add you....hoping people will reach out to me as well!!!0

I believe I sent everyone a request so far that hasn't sent me one yet!! Thank you all. I look forward to keeping each other motivated and sharing with each other our little secrets we have learned so far! I started last January back up to 205 now I am at 160 again and still dropping.. Its amazing what changing everyday habits can do0
