  • Im not sure this will help but I have bad knees so cant do any high impact but i have just bought a weighted hula hoop...take a look into it, its fun x
  • Well I have read many posts regarding this, I have started to walk round in circles and after the work out I do 5 mins of handing it round from back to front....yes your numbers are the same I have come up with , it sounds stupid but it just dont feel like Im burning anywhere near that who knows lol ty x
