Hiya 12 months to lose 4 stone 8 pounds 65 pounds . I wrote a blog gettingfitat54.wordpress. No pills, no shakes, just MFP and a gym with. PT And iv never ever done gym work so a big thing for me. It's been an amazing 12 months and never put any weight on in the 12 months

I live doing weights so much, not on heavy stuff but holding my body weight more and did 2 chin ups yesterday X

So today I've eaten Banana coffee off to the gym 2 brown toast which I rarely eat but had to grab and go Dinner 2 chicken breast ( small 220 grams ) salad Dinner 200 grams salmon, flavoured rice, Spicy soup home made ( veg) Apple Snacked on carrots

Today I did 2 chin ups. I know of a lady who can do 10 and she's 50. Guess what, I'll do 11 by Xmas
