I've been making a cheaty 'pizza' with a flour-tortilla as the base. It's a Hairy Bikers/dieters recipe and it's really, really nice. Granted it's not a 'proper thin-crust', but it hits the spot and has fewer calories.

I'm not going to the gym, truth be told I can never get 'into' it. I'm doing yoga two times a week and a 10km walk twice a week at the moment.

Too many posts to read, but I'm a fan of 'Doctor Who' since '82 and Peter Davison's era. Massive fan of 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' as well.

I've been practicing mindfulness for about a year now and it's really helped with my mental health. It's based on old Buddhist 'meditation' techniques but the book/course I read separates the technique from the Buddhist aspects. I'd advise you to look for a course locally or if you want the name of the book it's on Amazon…

I had a pair of leather pants when I was 17 and teetering on the edge of goth. It's just occurred to me that if I still had them, they'd fit again now I've lost weight. Not sure I could get away with them at 37 and on the school run. You look great by the way, well done. :-)
