  • Jess, so if am understanding you correctly, you still eat over our goal calories?
  • As I understand it, if you are not eating the required amount of calories for a male of your age it will give you that message. If your goal is to lose weight, lose it the healthy way.
  • I wanted a more nutrient based diet, especially since I noticed my Vitamin C intake was so low. Check this out after a meal of fried cabbage with bacon.

  • Its interesting that you brought it up. Just yesterday I read about the accuracy of sites like this, as well as treadmills and stair climbers. They say that they should be used as a guide only, unless you are actually using a heart monitoring, activity tracking device.

  • I ate a raw carrot for a snack the other day. It did help with the junk food craving. I've been eating saltine crackers with a thin film of peanut butter for a snack. I like them better than the Lance crackers, but the carrots are a lot healthier.
