  • Not for Info ATM but for the future Eat Flax seed daily. My Wife goes once every 3 days but if she eats flax seed she goes daily. Its more natural then taking a pill and really isn't that expensive.
  • 100.5 Is great for your height and congrats on the 25lbs so far but i completely agree with most people here. Track your food, it gives you a really good understanding on what and how much you are eating. Also maybe throw in some nuts in the beginning of the day and never go to bed hungry!

  • Easy. The harder you go the more your body burns the calories you just ate because it is a better form of energy then fat. So if you keep a lower heart rate on things like a elliptical then your body burns its fat because it is a easy sustainable source of energy.Keep your heart rate at 130 or so.
