If you go into your diary andbyou add it as a food So type in breastfeeding and I believe it works it out for you. This is what I used my children are now 9 and 6. I am not still breast feeding them. Just. Type it in. I think there is an option for excusive or partial breastfeeding.

Sw 13st 1 Ultimate goal is 9st 13 Current goal is 12stone. I am doing meal replacement diet along with eating natural food and one meal of 600kcal. My projected weightloss to 12stone 5 is 5 weeks.

Yes they do work. They have vitamins and minerals once you get to your goal weight you only have one shake for one of your meals and stay within your calorie allowance and after a while replace the final shake meal with another balanced meal againg keeping in your maintanance budget. Loosing weight has to be done however…

Hi do you know you can add exclusive breadt feeding in the meal logging and its +ebf not - ebf and that will add the 500 calaries to your daily allowence. You will still loose weifht but it then means you are accounting for the calories you need to replace.

Got to say diet soda itself doesn't contribute to weight gain. There may be an issue with the type of sweetners in them making us want more sweet foods. But that may not be the soda but habits

You should be able to just add breastfeeding and it will add it as an extra however many cals you need. Well done. I am still breastfeeding my 2 year old but at nights

My boyfriend doesn't have to loose weight. I run because I love running loosing weight is just for me.

I'm not desi well Im am 25%but thats irrelevant what is relevant is my partner is Bengali and likes to cook. I don't mind but most times I cook my own food. I'm doing the slimming world plan which is fantastic.

The less weight you have to loose the harder it becomes as the body does need some fat. Also. As muscle weighs more than fat have you considered that you may have more muscle. Thats a good thing.

I have a baked spud with tuna and cheese or beans and cheese, apple bannana or satsum and bannan and on my 2nd break cereal usually porridge and a yoghurt.

No. Thank God necause I am just quitting breastfeeding my 12 month old and II'm a k cup. I was a f before i got pregnant. Its fat. I've gone to a B cup before when loosing lots of weight. Truely with this weight you don't want to gain your boobs.
