Reaching my lowest point

Today I stepped on a scale and realized that I am over 400 pounds. I always thought being in the 300s was ok because I was no where near 400. But that was BS. I'm at my lowest point tonight and I have come to the realization that I need to do something or I might as well kiss my health good bye. I could really use some friends and motivation right now.

So you start your weight loss journey today, and don't look back. Never mind what you've done or haven't done in the past, put all your focus on now and this new beginning.0

I started my journey with a very similar realization. My heaviest I was 368 lbs I had gained nearly 30 of it in a matter of months and knew I was heading in a bad direction. If you ever want someone to talk to I'd be more than happy to chat.0

Girl pick yourself and get this thing moving. I am JUST getting out of the 300 club again for the 3rd dang time. Sad part is I work in the hospital and I'm planning on going to Med school in 2 yrs. Its April 2nd and April 3rd is not promised to you darling!!!!! Start walking, that's how it starts and ultimately will finish. I've started insanity and its hard but I push through. Find your motivation and get moving. I'm here for you always. This is not the end. Never give up!!!!!!0

You can add me as a friend Sweet Pea. For me, it takes hitting a good and BIG round number to wake me up and get me back on the losing train. Every day is a new day and you start our fresh and can start counting calories and trying to get some moving exercise in. It is good that you are looking for support here, the people are wonderful!0
