My husband would never say this, but I feel like he is not proud of me anymore. My husband deserves to have a pretty wife. Instead I feel like I am an embarrassment. I also feel bad for him when we go out with other couples the other guy always has the hotter wife. He finds it hard to show me physical affection in public.β¦

The STS DVD program from Cathe Friedrich. It is a progressive lifting program that is 3 months long. She has streaming programs as well.

I just signed up for this program and I'm waiting for my scale to arrive. I already know how to lose weight, but just need this daily weight sent to a coach for motivation, accountability, and consistency. How is it going so far? I know you posted this in April.

@jasper423 I think your body looks bangin'! You have a flat stomach, so you are not in any health risk. I understand what you're feeling, though. I'm 5'2 and lift, and I've always been heavier than most girls my height. I never let it discourage me from strength training though because I just love it way too much!

OMG....This is me! I rock at losing and gaining weight...but keeping weight steady? Forget about it! So frustrating!

I lift way more than I cardio. My calorie deficit is my cardio. As far as making serious body changes, cardio is a waste of time in my opinion. But I just freakin love lifting heavy so....lol.

Exactly...if you can perform it for 60 minutes it's not true HIIT. Seriously...when I do HIIT I want to die and can only do it for 20 maybe 30 minutes.
