I had to laugh at the family comment, it's hard not to talk health and fitness when it's a big part of my life but I know I talk about it too much!3 -
I’m 45 and live in Australia - anyone else in the same time zone? I’ve got 3/3.5kg to lose (7 lbs). Need some one to walk around behind me in the evenings and slap food out of my hands!! 😉4

I would love to have accountability partner(s). I'm 46 and recovering from ankle surgery. I'm now beginning to walk again with a cane and a boot. I am an emotional eater. I must change this to be a better and happier me. I'm too young not to be able to do things that I enjoy. We can do it together!6

That's great!! Keep up the good work!! Make every little bit count. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!1 -
Me! Me! Rebooting (for the last damn time). Freshly turned 46. My kids range in age from 22 to 2. I’m done with half hearted attempts. Bad habits are getting kicked to the curb. This is about more than looks. It’s about long-term health. Forget motivation. Time for discipline. My new mottos are “Embrace the Suck” and “Trust the Process.” Add me up!2
