Fat head pizza (google recipe) easy to make, easier than real crust!

41# since mid January. I drink diet soda. I've cut it out and it doesn't matter for me, nor does it affect my blood sugar.

I also know that if I'm not supplementing my electrolytes, then, I am feeling the way you describe, also.

I lost a few pounds more than expected this last week, and I was feeling so hungry all weekend, so I pretty much stayed keto but had a brownie on saturday, got up this AM and I'm 4 lbs heavier, but I'm ready to get back to it. You will too.

Thanks Dan!

It will take a long time to get fat adapted if you are eating more carbs, if it's over 50 gr. It may be impossible. But you don't have to be in ketosis to lose weight. If that's what your goal is, but you'll need to eat at a deficit. 15% tells us nothing, because it's based on the calories you eat, plus exercise. Anything…

Good job!

I do it this way. At first I was adding in more fat, but now I limit fat to burn more fat from my body.

The same reason that an alcoholic will defend the bottle. Sugar is their master it's hard to give that up.

The Oopsie bread shouldn't contribute, IMO. As long as your trend is continually over time a do ward trend, then it's successful. Mine will do the same thing over several weeks. But after 5 months, I'm down 35 lbs.

Sodium or broth. I put light salt on everything and take a magnesium supplement. If I start a feeling low on energy or funky I find it almost always helps. Been keto since mid January.

This happened to me yesterday also!

Yep, I just ignore that and continue to eat to my macros!

I have this type of scale, and my trainer measured my BF with a hand held device and said the same thing you stated. The difference for me was less than 2%. A scale or a blood pressure cuff or a thermometer, even, has its own baseline. So even if it is inaccurate, generally it can give you a change from baseline so you…

I agree with this. I do drink artificially sweetened drinks and enough fluids of those to not be thirsty. You don't need to drink plain water. While the added chemicals probably aren't the best for you, they have nothing to do with whether or not they are hydrating.

Tough life, man!

People kept telling me that I needed to eat a more balanced diet all the time. I pretty much never say lchf or keto. I tell them I'm on a low insulin diet and I don't eat eat anything that turns to sugar or is sugar because of this. I eat enough calories and I'm still losing weight. They never know what to do with this…

Unless your main goal is ketosis, you will lose weight with a deficit in calories even with 13% carbs. If it works for you, then great. If not you'll need to change something.

I guess I'm at the point where I don't want to wear a sleeve or a cardigan over everything. I also make my own clothes (when I felt like it!). I live in florida and I play sports, and gets pretty hot. I think I'm just going unapologetically let it hang out. ;)

Thanks. I'll checked those places out! :)

Or maybe the 150 crunches the day before! :p
-
I'm starting to taper off of it. And I just kept on the plan and working out. Even when. I was drinking lots of fluids I felt super dry, though!

I totally hear that! My waist is like a medium and my arms are xl at the top. No button up shirts fit ever.
-
I felt like this for the first month. Now either I'm used to it or it's gone!
-
I have my trainer working on this too. I need my triceps bigger! I think it will look at least a smidgen better.
-
I never have food dreams! Never had an exercise dream before yesterday! Well I guess roller skating when I first started that. But usually the only exercise I get in my dreams is from being chased!
-
wow. That sucks! Can't wear a compression sleeve or anything that would keep it tucked in place?[/quote] I could. But it's already so hot and bulky. I guess I'm getting down on myself for over eating during all my pregnancies...and creating this problem. But whatever. I can pass this on to the kids, and I'm am getting…

I play roller derby, it's bad enough that I can kinda tuck it in my elbow pad. It gets all bruised up. Just kinda frustrating!

Congrats on the loss! That's awesome!
