Ouch, sounds like you've been through a lot. I've had a double hip replacement and found cycling to be the best workout as far as cardio goes. Not sure how the back will hold up unless you stick with an upright position bike.

Tried it for a while...did nothing. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually doesn't work.

Just started drinking "bang" energy drinks. They work great without giving you the typical crash after a couple hours.

I have a tub of Isopure Apple Pie and Strawberry & Cream flavor, both good. Also tried a sample of bodytech cinnamon cereal, don't know the nutrition behind the sample but very tasty.

Looking good, much better shape than me so I'm in no position to roast :D If I had to pick an area to focus on though it would be to bulk up the chest. Otherwise Keep up the good work.

I weight myself daily. Water weight and time of day you do your weigh ins are a big factor. I wouldn't worry about your weight differences you mentioned. Takes time

I feel most fat burners just help you drop water weight. The second you get off of them weight will go back up. Stick to a clean diet and exercise regime as mentioned above and you'll see the results you're after.

I was about to suggest a dumbbell rack w/ weight set till someone mentioned resistance bands. Didn't even think of that. Takes up less space and you're less likely to stub a toe from one laying around. Might have to rethink my own setup. :o

When I do walk/jog on the treadmill with a good show on netflix I have to force myself to stop and hop off. Without netflix 20 minutes on the treadmill feels like an eternity.

Nothing wrong with Planet Fitness. Gets a bad rep, but has all the equipment you'd need at a low price. "Judgement Free" really depends on the location. For the most part everyone at my Planet Fitness doesn't seem to judge, but there will always be the few creepers. I do a lot of weight lifitng, so I grunt and make noise…
