There's a change there , don't worry. Slow and steady wins the race . The longer it takes to lose the easy it stays off . Look at my before and after pic , that was over 5-6months . There's no rush

Hey mate , I came to a halt on my progress and had to rethink my strategy. I actually added 300 more calories to my daily allowance and upped my carb ratio aswell. My body responded well and started burning fat harder. My theory was that my body went into "survival" mode when I was saving carbs and calories . Probably…

I never believed in calorie counting until I started on here and it's really working . When your totally honest and share your diary it gives you the drive (especially if your competitive like me ) feel free to add me if you like

That "military diet " is a joke . Who's army eats that little ?? Wouldn't even feed an army of ants at a picnic . Would be likely to ram raid a macdonalds on a hunger spree if I tried that "diet"

Aiming for cardio before breakfast , stable diet in day , keep protein high and strength training on evening . Lost 3% in a month so think I'm on track !

Same goal as me but without the marriage !! Reduce body fat percentage but try keep muscle !

Beef jerky snacks , baked beans , tuna , fish cakes , cottage cheese , eggs c peanut butter , almonds . There just a few items which are good sources of protein. As for protein powders I would recommend just a whey , if you want good value for money . Whey doesn't always taste as good as well branded protein powders but…

Spicy cottage cheese on Rivita is great , protein pancakes with raisins and if you have been extra good , grate some dark chocolate on it. My favourite is chocolate protein powder mixed with oats and peanut butter in a shaker . Mmmmmmm mouth dribble
