I flagged your post as spam. You've posted the same thing a bunch of times. You obviously work there or have a vested interest in that web site.

All they have is health food. That's why they're always Hungary. (See what I did there?)

You have social anxiety but you're going to China?

It's too bad you do measurements by cups, teaspoons, tablespoons. All known to be very inaccurate.

The taste of Combat Crunch is pretty good, but I hate the chocolate coating. It adds too many calories and is messy as hell.

Minnesota Boundary Waters wild rice is the best of them all.
-
Yeah, I have it. It's not bad. But once you get good at reading labels it's not really necessary. I don't like their claims of "if you make this swap you'll lose 40 pounds in a year".

Anything published by CSPI should be immediately dropped into a shredder. They have zero credibility.

You're beautiful!

I bought two of the pumpkin bars at GNC. Both bars came from the same opened box, one was delicious the other was tooth-breaking hard. Maybe that Jaws guy from James Bond could eat it but not me.
-
Hmmm...that actually sounds pretty tasty.

Hey, if eating raw egg is your thing live it up!
-
Ok. But eating raw cookie dough is generally considered to be a bad idea.

I buy Nestle cookies in a package of dough broken into small squares you bake yourself. I have two, and only two, for dessert every day. You can't raid the box with these because it takes time and effort to make them.

I get acid stomach from sauces made from tomatoes. Pizza sauce, pasta sauce, etc.

Individual pouches of tuna (packed in water). 70 calories, 17g protein, 0 carbs.
-
When in doubt go with sedentary.
-
If staying away from sweeteners is a big issue, then forget about bars and just eat food with a lot of protein. I like those pouches of plain tuna packed in water (and low sodium). It's a very high protein/calorie food.

Not really interesting at all. This is stuff most MFPers have known for a long time. And tracking carbs, protein & fat is something MFP does automatically.
-
Not even Terri Ann has tried it.

Where'd you pick up this bull 5h1t?

Define healthy.

Just remember that the #1 priority of a "diet book" is to sell the book.
-
Uh no. That's not the kind of raw meat I'm talking about.
-
This same thread comes up over and over. How can you cheat? Your body logs every calorie.

Nearly all these books are trash. Just read The Martian. At least that book knows it is fiction from the start.

I'm going raw carnivore. Nothing *but* protein.
