Even in the second pic, your thighs look great! I know the feeling though. I've stopped trying to buy jean shorts because in order to fit my thighs and butt into them I needed to get ones with a huuuuuge waist (which doesnt work). Everyone's bodies are different. Keep up the lifting! Fit is sexy!

I find if I keep fresh food in the house i'm less likely to go out because I have to eat it before it spoils. When there's no food in the house, that's when fast food thoughts come. Home made meals can be really quick to make, especially if you do some prep. Good luck! :)

I love spaghetti squash! I find if you cut it into 1" rings instead of halves it tends to look more like angel hair pasta. Take the rings, remove the goopy stuff in the middle, put them on parchment paper and bake for 40 mins at 375C. It has a sweeter taste than noodles but it has went well with any pasta sauce I've tried.…

I've had the really dense stuff too. I can't remember which type it was. The Go Lean Crunch isn't as crunchy (strange because the name suggests it would be).

Puffed wheat is low in calories. I like Kashi Go lean Crunch. It has lots of calories but keeps me full for a long time and its tasty!

Alright ladies. Lets see the numbers! :) I'm sad to report that my weigh-in this morning was 137.8lbs. I did weigh myself on Saturday and was at 135.9lbs. Oh well, I feel better and I can tell i'm starting to tighten up so ill just keep chipping away.

Tons of water with lemon slices. Takes a day or two to kick in for me. If its a week or so before your cycle and its really bothering you, you could try Midol PMS.

Thanks! I've been going to the gym 6 days a week doing a mix of cardio and weight training. Trying to stay under 1200 calories + my exercise. Also trying, but not always succeeding, to lower the amount of alcohol intake. I love going out on the weekends but the last couple weeks I try not to indulge as much. The trick now…

Way to go! I started at 141lbs Today I was 137.8lbs (only lost 4 lbs so far) Would like to be around 125lbs Going to Barbados at the end of March and would love to lose the flab!

I'm in! I gained 15 lbs first year of university and still haven't lost it. My goal is to lose it by the end of March. I like the weekly weigh in idea!

On weekends I cheat pretty bad (drinking, pizza... blahh). I dread logging it but I do anyways to remind myself how many calories are in those foods/drinks. It helps for making better choices in the future. You can do it Mandahon3!
