Popcorn calories?

So does anyone know how to measure popcorn calories? If it says cup of air popped popcorn, how much is that? And do you measure a cup after they are popped or in kernels?

Airpopped popcorn seems like a great way to fill up and enjoy a snack at night, but not sure how to log it.

    You should measure popcorn before you pop it.

    On the bag of kernels I have at home says 1/4 cup = 5+1/2 cups popped. I <3 popcorn!!!

    I have some generic brand and it says nothing on it.
