  • Worked on my booty game this week. I am determined to grow myself a nice curvy booty (and hoping it helps keep my lower back strong to prevent injury since over had my lower back go out on me twice before). Squats, especially sumo squats are becoming a favorite. Did some hip thrusters, butt machine, Deadlifts, and high…
  • I'm starting to see some definition in my arms and legs which is really exciting! For the first time I felt REALLY sore after arm day this week and for a couple days after. I feel like I'm at the point where I really need to challenge myself and I can feel myself getting stronger!
  • Arms and back on Monday. The bf and I didn't bring our headphones because we thought we wouldn't have time for cardio. Ended up finishing a little early so we did squats instead! Trying to grow that booty!! :)

  • Did you enjoy the pole class Jessica? I did that once with a Groupon; holy cow it picked my butt! You really need a lot of upper body strength to do that! I just remember my arms hurting for days.
  • Is anyone eating more on the vegetarian side? I've been upping my intake of animal protein, but have been researching that it's not as healthy as plant protein. What is everyone else's take on this and your source of protein? I've been thinking of scaling back but am not sure if that's the best option at this point since…
  • My name is Lindsay and I am from Detroit, MI. I am back on the wagon after a 6ish month hiatus from my healthy eating and exercise journey. About two years ago, I decided I couldn't stand the back and forth yo-yo dieting and losing/gaining cycle. I made a change and over the course of the next year I lost 50 pounds. Around…
