I really identify with your difficulties. My husband has rheumatoid arthritis, and so we are quite limited with what exercise we can do together. I'm the same - it's so hard to keep going when there's temptation all around. I had a bad week, due to a visit to my sister involving 3 days of takeaway and wine. I guess I just need to start afresh and move on!

I started again on Friday after a really out of control visit to my sister - wine, takeaways, you name it. This is about the 4th time I've started again since New Year! I wish I could break this bad habit, but haven't found how to do it yet.
