Not true.. I only did 20 mins each session for my bodybuilding program... That plus strict dieting burns the fat... I went from 20% bf to 5% for my competition and torn the stage up with all my cuts from only doing 20.. So not true

Originally started my fitness journey by monitoring my macros and running 5 days a week with 3 days of weight training. Now since I've gotten a lot more knowledge in fitness and nutrition I still monitor macros but I've cut down running to walking 5 days a week for 30 mins and weight training 6 days a week currently.

I'm currently on a high protein low carb diet with macros sitting at 30g fat, 70g carb, 270 protein... I don't advise this tho only reason I am doing it is for my bodybuilding show coming up in 2 weeks

If you want to lose 20 lbs i suggest losing about 2 lbs a week: and she is right above about eating at deficit= weight loss eat at surplus and you get weight gain.. So what i suggest is find out the amount of kcal you should intake in 1 day and lower them by 100-200 per day. Every week to 2 depending on how the scale…
