I was tilting the scales at about 253lbs started hitting the gym twice a day...Getting stronger packing on muscle after about 3weeks getting on the scale i hadn't lost a single pound! So i started doing some Internet homework and stumbled upon this app "myfitnesspal". From that day on my lifestyle has changed..I dropped 2lbs per week until I reached 205lbs...Now im pure muscle...I dont do cardio, I dont even have to work out my abs the kitchen takes care of my weight loss or gain...I love this app help me get back to me!

    Thanks for sharing. I'm kind of in the same boat as you were. I'm 195 and have gained 6 pounds from lifting heavy the past few months. Just joined this website few weeks ago. I'm trying to cut 10 pounds but still experimenting with the diet portion.

    Would you mind explaining the major diet changes you made to drop 50 pounds?
