I'm on 2 meds that list weight gain as side-effects so I've sort of been hiding behind that whilst getting fatter. I'm now determined to get fit despite the meds and I will do it!

My Mrs has got me into these fruit teas. They're like hot squash and next to no calories without sugar. Can't complain.

Everything in moderation.... Except pizza which I find very difficult to moderate :(

Shakes work for me. Keeps my protein intake up and keeps me feeling full. One for breakfast and one for lunch.

I have diet protein shakes. Some of the flavours taste great and keep me feeling full. Cheaper than snacking.

People's comments: "Alright, Slim?" "Christ! You're fat!" "Are you pregnant or something?" "Sweating a bit aren't you, mate?" "I swear you're getting wider" "Jesus! What have you been eating?!" Those are just some from family and colleagues. I guess I should use it as motivation but really it just depresses me.
