  • Try brushing your teeth right after dinner. If you snack after doing that, you have to go through the whole teeth cleaning process again.
  • Yes x3 for me! Woo! My partner and I usually go on holiday together in January rather than giving presents. This year we can't travel so I am thinking of getting him a sunrise hot air balloon flight instead.
  • Yes x3 today. Ended up doing over 20,000 steps so really easy to stay under in calories. Today is the only day this week I don't have some Christmas celebration to go to so also easy to track everything!
  • Dec 9 - Yes x1 (exercise only) Dec 10 - Yes x3, a good day :) Dec 11 - Yes x3. I'm only under my calories by 35 but hey, it's still under! As for feeling lucky/blessed, I guess I feel blessed for my good health and for my partner being out of hospital.
  • December 7 and 8 are both only yes x1 for me (exercise - it's not challenging for me to find 20 minutes to get some exercise in daily). I do need to work on tracking my calories more, even if I know I'm going to be over for the day!

  • Yes x3 for 14/11 and today. My NSV for this month is that I stuck to healthy cooking and managed to limit my emotional eating when my partner was in hospital. A few years ago that never would have happened!

  • Yes x3 today. I did eat more chocolate than usual but at 18000 steps for the day it wasn't a disaster and I was still under my calories.
  • Yes x3 today Today's message is pertinent to me. My partner has been in hospital for the last three weeks with two different strains of the flu. He was really, really sick. Today he got up, dressed and we walked to a local cafe for brunch. First bit of normalcy in three weeks! Hopefully he'll be back home soon.

  • Sadly I am out of the challenge for this month. Some stuff has gone on over the last few days which has made it really hard to keep up with tracking accurately. Hopefully things will settle down so I can get back to normal with next month's challenge
