oh that I did try that yet only after a few mins and I already feel like I would fall on my face like really its so hateful feeling I really wanna move but my body is just not responding well and idk why

For me i always try and eat the kind of food that makes me full that contains lots of fiber ..proteins and stuff ike that so that way i wont mess up my diet and stop craving the "bad" stuff ;)

Thanks and i understand that i should get enough sleep the problem is the stress i have bcoz of college it kinda makes it hard for me to sleep so many times
