  • I am. I'm only a lowly Level 3 Assassin, and I've yet to win my first Boss Battle, but Hi!
  • You can add me. I did the diet/binge thing for years and I'm trying to go about things differently this time around and I can always use more motivation.
  • Hey there. It's only one day and it's only 3 cookies. We all cave sometimes. You're human, and dietary change is a process. Setbacks happen, and as far as setbacks and relapses go, I'm sure this is one you can recover from. Just forgive yourself and start again tomorrow. It'll be ok. You can still do this thing.
  • Ok, I'm going to go a really different rout here. The best advice I ever got for ending the lose/gain cycle: don't try to change everything about your eating habits at once; it may get you quicker results, but its not sustainable long term (hence gaining and losing the same 20kg). Just try to change one or two small things…
  • Agreed. And I would add that you have to believe that you're worth it. Believe that you are worth the time and effort and that the selfishness of it is okay.
  • For me it's all about support. I know that I can go for X amount of time on my own, but beyond that point I always lose motivation and stop and then I yo-yo and...yeah. No good comes of that. Fewer than two people just isn't enough. I need my friends to keep me motivated. To that end, I even asked my best friend to stop me…
  • Impressive start! I'm only about 4lbs down (needing to lose at least 30, wanting to lose closer to 50). Remember: attitude is everything. It's not a diet, it's changing your life. It takes time, and effort, and support (never go it alone. fewer than two people is not enough), but you can do it. I can always use more…
  • Is it too late to join? I want to do 4 min planks. Day 1: 0.25 : 0.34
  • You can add me. I'm starting over, liking to lose 40lbs.
  • I'd love to be your friend. I'm starting over with my weight loss and fitness journey, and mutual support would be great.
  • I'm in. I could use a short term goal with group accountability. My goal is to work out 30 minutes or more (cumulative, not nexessesarily all at once), 4 days a week and stay under my calories 5 days a week CW=169 GW=162
