  • I don't have a food scale..so I've been doing my best to estimate ounces for meat, as an example. Other things I've been using measuring cups for - like veggies and such.   • Good but I missed the yoga workout yesterday. Might do that to catch up with the total body cardio today. I feel stronger already but I must say the workouts Friday (cardio fix) and Saturday (dirty 30) KICKED MY BUTT! I'm looking forward to seeing if they are slightly easier by time I get to them next weekend.
  • Took the kids to Dairy Queen and didn't order anything for myself. On a physical level I feel less bloated so that's good!
  • I did the Pilates this morning since i missed my workout yesterday (day 4) so I will get the cardio in later today. NOT looking forward to the burpees! How mean to put cardio on a Friday. Just sayin'...

  • Lower body just kills me! But I survived so YAY me! I am also looking forward to Pilates today - got up early to bust it out but ended up falling back asleep on the couch..LOL! So I'll do it after work later. Otherwise the day was a success. :)

  • Hi I'm Amy - 41 years old mom of 3. Been up and down with my weight for a while, looking to get back into the 120's..I'm 5'. I like the workouts with the 21 day fix and think Autumn is a good motivator but have to admit I didn't shell out the extra $$ for the Shakeology. I just replace with the GNC total lean shakes…

  • I feel the same way - I'm avoiding social gatherings because I don't want people to look at me and go "wow she got fat" so I just don't go. I want to be "free" again to socialize and talk to people without being self-conscious. Congrats on getting married! How exciting! :smiley:
