Good info.. Since i been in this bulk i see a lil more size but still small i want them big at least 18 or 19" .. I been mix exercises like drop sets , iso curls , compound lifts!!! When u guys said increase volume! What exactly that means?? Thanks

Yeah like u said when i did it before i was just eating and eating w out tracking calories and all of that, now i track cal and protein and i been doing good like i said 3pounds in 3 weeks and i feel great

I'm here sorry for the too or to watever!! I'm not new in the gym i was 125 4 years ago. Start the get to 170 and then basictraining get me to 145. Now 160 but I'm new to the surplus thing , i always did what most rookies do like creatine protein and lift , now i know that i need a amount of calories per day and all that…

I'm 5"8 about 160 taking about 3500 to 4000 calories a day, 150 proteins. I been doing this for 2 weeks
