I wouldn't worry, 3lbs in 3 weeks is fine. You'll put on a little extra initially but it slows down fast. Check the next few weeks and see how you're doing. Also, I have no idea what the person above me is talking about.0

OP is obviously posting from a phone that hates him as much as mine hates me. It keeps trying to contact Sky Net I swear!
As for your concerns, 1lb a week is pretty much given as being in the ideal range for clean bulking. You are probably putting on more water and glycogen weight than muscle and fat in those 3 lbs but you'll figure it out soon. Just keep a moving average for each week and you'll get a better idea of where you really stand.0 -

Now 160 but I'm new to the surplus thing , i always did what most rookies do like creatine protein and lift , now i know that i need a amount of calories per day and all that stuff , maybe is why I'm gaining pounds like this!!0

You seem concerned about the rate of speed, but several people in this thread know a lot about bulking, and their opinion is typically that 1lb per week is the optimal rate of gain. If you're lucky (depending on training, genetics, etc) the optimum gain will be 50% fat, 50% muscle gain.
You've bulked before, but you're saying you're new to eating at a surplus? Do you mean actually being mindful of what you're eating and counting calories? There's a sticky in this section that gives a great description of what you need to do for a successful bulk. That might clear up any of your confusions about the basics.0 -

OP - if you feel great and are not losing definition then just keep doing what you are doing. If, over the next few weeks, you feel like you are gaining too fast or losing definition then you can always back off the calories….0

OP: 1 lb a week sounds perfect but like others have said, that might slow down, just keep track of what's happening.
