What is your height, age, weight? What does your nutrition look like now? It sounds like your goal is hypertrophy, right? What does your current training plan look like?

    I'm 5"8 about 160 taking about 3500 to 4000 calories a day, 150 proteins. I been doing this for 2 weeks

It sounds like you're pretty well on-track with your nutrition, remember to adjust protein as you jump in weight.

    My general thoughts...
    - Build a good base of strength with compound lifts for upper / lower body
    - Intelligent application of accessory work sparingly to help improve your strength and gain size. Don't just do *kitten* to do *kitten*, have a purpose for why you're doing it.
    - You may want a 4-day split. Undulating Periodization (UP) is a cool way to approach this because upper/lower body gets a "heavy" day and a volume day. Checkout Dr. Layne Norton's "Phat" program to see what I'm talking about. There are many ways to use UP, his method is cool for strength & size.
