I've been binge eating for years but it's really out of control at the min. I have good intentions and get towards the eve and I just binge and sabatage myself. I'm now at my biggest, feeling really low can't see a way out

I've been binging for years and just started logging I was shocked to see that I was consiuming thousands of calories in 10 minutes. Since logging I haven't stopped bit I'm more in control.

I'm exactly the same, I've been trying to log all my binges and it is an eye opener. They say the best way to beat binging is to not diet but it didn't work for me I just keep trying I hope they bocome less frequent

Myn is Tues- spinning Wed- body pump Fri- spinning I try to include some walking in the week and also do the insanity DVD on a sun at home I love group exercise classes and would do them more if I could xx

I have a problem with bingeing I'm finding logging it is helping. I'm also learning not to feel guilty about it I just move on.

Myn can be emotions, boredom or hunger I love the op you described me to a t. I'm really going to try and remember this next time I feel a binge coming and hopefully stop it before it gets to out of hand. I've promised myself to log all my binges and it is starting to show a patten

Hiya I'm a binge eater& have done for a long time. These posts are really helpful, this week I've begun to log my binges and also make notes in my diary of triggers etc this is helping me realise how out of control I am. I don't believe that I'll ever be free from binging but I would just love to get to where it happens…

I think it's 80% diet and 20% exercise You can't out run your fork For maximum health benefits you need both :smile:

I've done this before and it will eventually stall your weight loss. Instead of a cheat day how about a cheat meal?

Hiya last time I lost my weight the scales didn't budge much but my body shape changed dramatically and I still dropped dress sizes through doing body pump this time I've got straight back into it because leaner muscles means bigger calorie burn x

hiya im a previous slimming world member and lost 4 stone but i totally agree you can totally overeat, since calorie counting i feel sick when i think back to some of the portions of stodge i used to eat on sw. fab weight loss well done xx

hiya im just trying to get back into training, i mainly do spinning and les mills classes at my local gym. i love the training just need to clean my diet up. good luck with your journey :)
