I started exercising about 3 weeks ago. I don't log on cheat day but never have and haven't had a problem before I started exercising. My calories are measured by weighing and reading from packets.

It is free, I don't know why I am reluctant to go back to it. The original CBT wasn't initially for my weight/body issues, it was for my depression. This is how I was in January. I refused to weigh myself as I was too scared to see how much weight I'd put on. I expected about 14lbs. At the end of February I plucked up the courage and was absolutely devastated to find I was actually 28lbs heavier! I'm glad I did it though as it gave me a well needed push to get my butt…

I only like flavoured green tea. Twinings do great flavours like cherry bakewell, salted caramel and fudge. My favourite is mint green tea though, it's very refreshing x

Yes, the general trend is down but I haven't weighed for two weeks and I'm really scared I've gained. Only lost 9 lbs so far.
