I might be a bit late but have a look on monster supplements - They have loads of reviews and a lot of people comment on the taste, one of them is this one. How did you find the tastes? And did they help you loose any weight. X

everyone is entitled to their opinion, and i was looking for peoples experiences good or bad, we are all learning and these products may have been use to some people, or they may just be gimics like you say - im willing to give them a go and if they are no good then fair enough, i was simply looking for some advise.

It wasnt too bad, it was from monster supplements I think it was £19 for 1KG and you only use 50g scoop after each workout, I have bought a scales and yeah they do make it much easier to really keep an eye on what your eating! I miss the good old days where I was loosing a few pounds a week, I seem to just be maintaining…
