I'm down over 32 lbs in about 2 months. I am running 20 miles a week and biking 3 times a week in addition to eating keto. I make fat head pizza, taco meat with queso, eggs, bacon, cheese, sausage basically anything I want. I also eat Kirkland brand protein bars (one a day) heated up in microwave for 10-15 sec with peanut…

Swimming is my worst event. I'm hoping to break 6 hrs for NC and doing another full next year where the goal will be 12.

Yes it is. Also doing raleigh Augusta and NC

Which 70.3 are you doing? I am training and trying to lose weight as well.

I just started Keto (on week 2) and looking for friends to help out. I am pretty active running four half ironman's this season and doing another full next year. I am really open to advise or help or even just someone to keep me honest.

I just count my first meal as breakfast second as lunch and third as dinner regardless of what time I eat them.

You can do it. Log in everyday after a while it's just habit

I rotate every week and find that I need caffeine so end up drinking a monster ultra. Since I've started MFP I am taking my lunch which has made a world of diffrence. I picked up triathlons last year but never lost weight even though a half iron. Now I've lost 10 in 3 weeks just recording calories with the same training.

Is it too late to join?

You can beat both

Keep trying. It took me a year to start actually logging my meals in. Now it's habit. I do it even when I don't want to see it bc I'm over for the day. Pick a fitness goal for me it was triathlons. Then start small, before you know it your buying new clothes and feeling guilty if you miss a workout.

I do rotating shifts but find it is easier to get my workouts in on nights. Its warm enough to run/bike outside. I also have started prepping my meals for the week since I am now trying to lose about 40 lbs.

I have had the forerunner 110, 910 and 920. Loved all 3. Only moved from 110 to 910 for triathlons and to the 920 for live tracking.
