Read the article after the second page I stopped because it also included other brands of diet products so basically what it boils down to is that no diet supplement is truly safe nor truly effective. It's a choice we all make to use or not no matter what brand.

Elphie that is something worth taking into consideration. Well it's been 3 mos so far. I have another months worth of product left, I'm not opposed to trying products that are similar especially if they are cheaper! And I will definitely give an update!

That's actually something I have done. I just use the protein powder from herbalife. I'm using the basic products I like it better compared to some others I've used that gave me bad gas. LoL sorry

Yes I've been there as well. We want results asap. But I'm slowly learning it's all about balance and really really paying attention to your body and how it reacts to food, exercise etc

I would often do this also. Like I was rewarding myself for my weight loss with food!! Therefore I was always trapped in a endless yo yo diet. Try buying yourself a new piece of clothing everytime you get a compliment
