I didn't mean to starve myself! !

Was way under calorie goal for the day due to a very busy day and went to bed on an empty stomach. Hunger pains literally woke me up! Now here I am almost 2 a.m eating tortilla chips and queso!

    Oops! That's why I try to calc before I go to bed and if I'm short eat a protein bar or drink an Ensure or something. Okay, I admit, tonight I ate an almond butter cookie...
    But don't chips and salsa taste their best in the wee morning hours? :)

    Yea the other problem is I need to get to the grocery store ASAP that was actually my roommates food I moused through lol

    Pre plan and pre log. I log the night before. Keep some foods in case you need them for the end of the day -- foods that will not put you over for the day. :)

    Yea I definitely need to get better at pre planning
