I put my focus on calories and protiens. Everything else will average out over time.

Low carb tips when you have to eat out. Breakfast- order your sausage and egg biscuit without the bun. It is awfully hard to say no to that bun when it's right in front of you. Lunch- anything with bread or beans is full of carbs. Like breakfast order your burger without the bun and avoid bean burritos.
