  • I Have done WW in the past. it works, but it is pretty pricey and I eventually got tired of counting points and I drove my husband crazy counting points on eveything. Lol. I happen to like mfp better, but it boils down to weather or not you need in person suport, or if you are ok with cyber suppoert.
  • Squats for your thighs, along with that doggy fire hydrant move where you are on all fours and raise your legs to the sides like you are going on a fire hydrant. I have two children and also struggle with the "wrinkly belly" . I have found that strength training helps with that and that could be exercising with light…
  • I love daily burn. I like the variety it offers, the convenience of being able to workout whenever and wherever. I have lost 11 pounds in a month using it so far.

  • Quinoa and lentil salad. Cook them seperately, add any cooded or raw veggies, evoo, dijon mustard, EVOO, salt pepper, any herbs you fancy. A little lemon juice, and viola! Eat cool or warm. I like cucumbers cooked squash, cooked cauliflower, and raw bell peppers in mine. Vegetable paella. Its really more simple than one…

  • Be careful cutting cals while breastfeeding. You don't want to lower your milk supply. When breastfeeding my children, my recommendations from my lactation consultant and midwife were wo eat an extra 300 cals a day

  • Hi. Try changing a few eating habits first and slowly work in a bit of physical activity a day. Whatever is feasable. Eating mostly plant based whole foods and eliminating sodas, processed foods, take out, and things like that should jump start your progreas. Good luck on your journey. Those are things that have always…
  • Seeing results and striving dor that feeling when everything looked good on me and I wasn't mortified at swimsuit season rolling around. The extra energy. Most of all knowing that I am setting a good example for my children to strive to be healthy, fit, eat well, and exercise.
