been out of the gym for about 6 years but started out on a diet lost 30 pounds now it's time to tone it up!!!

    Congrats on that! Keep up the good work. My goal is to lose 35 pounds and tone up. So far, I am 11 down.

    I did the 12 days no carb and 2 days off did it twice that a really jump start your weight lost very fast then after that u can eat healthy and work out

  • I started doing low carb on December 1, not super strict but definitely saying no to processed foods. I have lost 22 pounds, would like to lose at least 40 more. As soon as I make a commitment to myself, something happens. This time I got bronchitis and have been laid up for a week. Now I'm on antibiotics but have been soooo very tired. Hoping to hit the gym by Tuesday, maybe tomorrow if the abx kick in fast enough.
