I just manually logged my workout until it's fixed

I just started the 21 day fix today. After two weeks of eating sugary junk foods my body is attacking me. I suffer with nerve pain and sugar is the culprit. I feel like I'm being attacked by bees. I'm hoping to lose 30lbs.

I've been carb cycling with Chris Powell. Love the program but need new recipes.

I've been using Chris Powells carb cycling program for a month now. I'm using the turbo cycle and have lost 11 pounds and 10 inches. I feel amazing and my energy has increased. I highly recommend carb cycling

I have to manually sync my charge. It's supposed to sync every 15-20 minutes when I'm neat my computer but it doesn't so now I manually sync every 2-3 hours. I never had this problem with my Flex. Oh well, I did change my activity level.

First, MFP says to log all food/exercise on their site, second, My bike has a mileage/calorie/time. I ride very fast between 14-16mph. I went back change my activity level from very active to sedentary and changed how much weight I want to lose a week and now my adjustment is a positive 127 extra calories. Thanks for your…

I had the flex and just got the charge last month. I'm pretty good at getting 8,000-10,000 steps a day. Keeps me motivated to move more
