If I ate 22 bananas a day I would go off them quite rapidly! Lol. But it does emphasise the point that fruit is not as 'pro point free' as WW says.

Ok so here is something to prove the point... This morning I have had so far some strawberries and a banana. I have logged these on to WW and so far I have used none of my 31 Pro Points I am allowed for the day... Whoooooopppp! I have logged them on to MFP and so far I have used 127 Cals of my daily 1200 allowance...…

I have literally just joined WW (like 4 days ago). I used to go, when they had the old points system, and lost 2.5 stone but I stopped thinking I could do it myself from then on and didn't feel the need to pay for them to tell me what I already knew. Life took over and slowly but surely I have got back to where I was when…

I never drink soda and I try to avoid processed food as much as possible (literally 5% of my diet is processed). I eat very healthy, raw food (salads, fruit, veg etc) as much as possible. But then I get these huge sugar cravings!!! Maybe more fruit is needed then??? Or I wonder if I am lacking in something and my brain…

Apologies regarding food diary. I must have changed my settings and forgot. Thank you both so much for your advice and yes, I weigh my foods religiously and I also scan the bar code on my foods so I know I am logging the correct foods. I get the whole calorie deficit. That is pure common sense. I am querying just how those…

I am 5'6". On my photos, (there are more on my profile album) you will see my 'before' and me 'now' pics. I have always been genetically quite skinny, but I stopped smoking at around my late 30's and so then piled on the weight. Hence I am on MFP now trying to get back to what I was! I don't, sadly, have any 'after' pics…

Thanks to all the help above ref my yuk oats consistency. Tried a recipe off here for overnight oats. I put 30g oats and 50ml of semi skimmed milk, a teaspoon of cinnamon and another of runny honey into a Pyrex bowl, stirred, and left in the fridge overnight. I ate them this morning straight from the fridge and cold and…

I need help with my porridge :| I love ready brek, I love the sachets of porridge with golden syrup etc, so I thought I would be super healthy and get porridge oats (Quakers or Scott's, can't remember now) and make my own. Yet whenever I make my own the consistency is yuk!!! I am not sure what I am doing wrong as the…

I used to be a UK size 8 and around 8/9 stone. I always was all the way through my life. Then I stopped smoking, hit 40 and my weight got to what it is now (at aged 45) and that is 15 stone. Reading all of these posts takes me back to a time when I could feel my knees and ankles rubbing togyher, my thighs had a gap between…

So what are people's temptations and how do you get around avoiding them? Also how do you keep yourself motivated to exercise? Good to share hints and tips :)
