  • I have friends on MFP and I can't find them. I've only found the ones on fb. :\
  • The menu option for MFP has a category for friends. Tap on that, then go to friends and tap the person with plus sign and that will give you the contact source ( fb or phone). I hope that helps or makes sense. Good luck. :)
  • I have the app as well, tapping on the names should take you to their profiles where it gives you the option to send them a message or friend request. Y ou can also go through the menu option where you can look through you fb contacts and phone contacts and send them a request.

  • Yeah I think I need to reduce my sugar intake towards the end of the day, even fruit... I heard a trainer suggest that. I've also increased my cardio. I was doing a lot of calisthenics and weight training so building muscle so I'm sure that doesn't help. Although I heard that muscles burn fat long after the workout.…
